There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The place is beautiful and a nice get away from the city. We enjoyed the tent. It was clean. They had provided everything you could need for a self catering place.

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The staff has been exceptional and well trained, super helpful and friendly. A proper warm South African welcome. The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

We had an absolutely lovely time at the semi-off grid cabins. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

Featuring garden views, Masorini Bush Lodge & Safari Tents in Phalaborwa features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a bar and barbecue facilities. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Really great lodge right next to Kruger. We stayed here only for a night before driving into Kruger the next day, but it was such a good evening. When we arrived we immediately jumped into the refreshing pool and had a chat and a beer with the other people who stayed at the lodge. Then the owners of the lodge prepared an amazing braai for us and we ate together with everyone who stayed there, which was so cozy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a familial vibe and cozy hangout with other travellers.

Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location is stunning, even more beautiful than the photos. It's truly special to watch the wildlife at the waterhole right from your breakfast table or poolside lounger. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the game drives with Thomas! Thomas is an incredible guide who knows everything about the animals and nature, and he goes above and beyond to make the experience as special as possible for his guests. Kinyonga Reptile Centre is 16 km from Muunga Bush Lodge & Spa, while Timbavati Private Nature & Game Reserve is 48 km away. Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport is 7 km from the property, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Muunga Bush Lodge is in a very unique location in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. I could sit by the pool and watch birds fly by or, nyala and warthogs wonder by. There are nice walking trails that take you to waterholes with hides for viewing animals. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners my entire stay. The Lodge and outside areas are beautifully decorated. There are a number of local magazines, bird and animals books available for reading. I definitely recommend Muunga if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
