Suggest it is the best hotel in town. This town has no 'things to do' recommendations and is well out of the way, but if you are staying in the area this hotel will make your stay enjoyable if you take a better room and add a decent dinner.
Secure parking and very close to the 'centre'. It was the bit special, but affordable, stop we were looking for.

Spacious room, quiet location. Parking in hotel lot available but it was always full. Luckily we got the last spot.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was functional and spacious enough for 2 people. The location was excellent- very central.

Excellent room and facilities, central location in town, restaurant food of excellent quality, hotel has a lot of character, good night halt for travellers but also an excellent base to explore the region. Staff friendly and helpful. As it is in the old town, the car park was essential.

Our second visit. A wonderful, beautiful hotel in best location close to the Cathedral. Fully inclusive evening menu and buffet breakfast wonderful as were the staff.
