For me it was your staff, you were so great, helpfull, and kind, You helped me with breakfast at 4 AM! You were amazing when we needed to park the car! ALL of you were very very kind to us, Even the woman who was cleaning our room was nice! All the trouble made by the security off the mall, and you helped us, The last collegue, told me we could whastapp you ANYTIME even if we were not in Albania anymore, if we had ANY cuestions, we could call you. I absolutly love your staf! The room and hotel were amazing too, The room was with enough space, was clean, and the bed was GREAT! The location was everything! The mall next door was the best option we had, I spend almost 4 days in albania, and so how many hotels there were in the Whole country, We went from Gjirokaster to Shkoder and all the way up in the snow, Every night we came back to Tirana.. And i am glad we did! I am glad we had the chance to stay with you! I think we could not have chosen better. I think the hotel manager is very lucky with such a great staff!

The hotel isn’t too far from the center of Tirana if you come by car. The hotel was a breathtaking all by itself. I’ve rarely been a hotel like this where the staff was kind and attentive this much. When we arrived to the worker on the reception asked me where did we park. I said that we couldn’t park in front of the hotel because the parking lot was full. He said that I can give the car key to him and he will park in the underground garage, and I did so. They wanted to help us take our suitcase to our room. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was enough, and it was really delicious. Overall we had a wonderful night at Hotel Bonsai and I highly recommend you to visit this place.
