The owner of the apartment, Arjani, welcomed us very hospitably and kindly. The apartments correspond to all the pictures posted on this website. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was home-grown and very delicious. A great place to relax near Berat. We highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here, the balcony was beautiful, the beds were comfy, chocolate on the table, great location to winery, cheap and delicious restaurant over the road. A short 15 minute walk to the lake. A incredible generous host. We all would love to return.

Wonderful guesthouse! Elsa is a fantastic host who made us feel instantly welcome. Mornings began with coffee overlooking stunning mountains and vineyards—pure relaxation. The kitchen downstairs is available for breakfast prep, and Elsa’s fresh bread each morning was a delightful touch. You may use the washing machine if you have laundry. There’s a scenic lake within walking distance where you can swim, plus a couple of local restaurants and a nearby winery for wine tastings. The atmosphere is quiet and authentic; I recommend staying at least two nights to soak it all in. You’ll need your own car—parking is available either on the main road or up at the house, but the driveway is narrow, so a compact car and confident driving are helpful!

The hotel was clean, close to town. Staff were very helpful, facilitated a taxi for us to get to Ksamil. and were able to give us directions to what we were looking for in the city
