His wife makes a great breakfast and his father is a master chief of Barbecue, he taught us how to make traditional Sish kebab and told a lot of great stories. The reason why I write this is because all of that makes you feel safe from the beginning in such a country as Armenia and i think it's the biggest advantage for this choice of hotel.

Very nice guest house, with kind and gentle owners. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable and very practice. They have very nice garden with barbeque place to make barbeque. I recommend for sure and we will go back there. We are very satisfied. I heard about armenians only good things, so I can prouve that they are very nice people with a big heart. Thank you once more for those two magnifiques days that we spent there.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

The hotel is a museum in itself, as well as an art school, an art gallery. Even if you do not lodge there, have a visit. There also is a restaurant. So we stayed there surrounded by art. The hotel is also at walking distance from Etchmiadzin's religious site
