I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Love you, miss you, I do plan my next visit already.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

A clean and cozy house with everything you may need. The place is rather quiet. There is a fire pit next to the house. The host is very friendly. There is a nearby stable that belongs to the host, and he can arrange horseback riding tours in the mountains. I would love to stay here for another day.

An absolutely beautiful and very clean house. The house has everything you need and more. It is clear that the owners are very attentive and responsible in their work and in responding to guest reviews. The surrounding nature is incredibly beautiful. I also highly recommend buying honey from Gevorg. It is very tasty and natural honey.

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

We absolutely loved our stay! The wooden house is beautiful, built with high-quality materials, and has two cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The large veranda was our favorite spot — we had breakfast and dinner there together as a family. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed and providing everything promptly. The house is located right by the lake — just a two-minute walk, and you’re at a stunning, clean lake. We rented jet skis and went to Bird Island — the experience was amazing! The lake is simply magnificent. We also enjoyed walking to local taverns and even hiked to the nearby monastery — the view from there is unforgettable. The local people are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and give advice. For a peaceful family getaway surrounded by nature, right on a beautiful lake, this place is just perfect for 3–4 days of relaxation.
