It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.

The staff was very helpful and polite and the room was very clean. It has almost everyhting read i wish i did not bring all that things with me. The location is ok about 20 minutes walk towards the center and busy area. The shower is nice, clean and with pressured water.

The facilities were clean, with towels, soap, slippers, etc. provided. The rooms are also equipped with air-conditioning, and the beds are quite comfortable (though mine had metal rods at the head and feet - not super convenient if you are taller than 6ft). It is in a good location with the major sights within 30 minutes walking (or between 1-7$ taxi rides with Yandex taxi service (highly recommended to download the Yandex app and attach a credit card before you go as there is no uber or bolt)). There is a large church directly around the corner and a mall with a food court a few minutes away. There is also a grocery/convenience store and ATM+money exchange a minute away. Breakfast was also good - it is prepared for you at the time you specify starting at 9:00, and consists of several things at once (though you do not select the breakfast options). Tea and coffee is available at any time. The owner is very friendly and helpful but does not speak too much English (not a problem at all - just something to be aware of: we primarily communicated through broken English, Russian and google-translate). Would definitely recommend.
