This is a superb apartment in lovely quiet alpine countryside, and Alex was an extraordinarily friendly and helpful host who immediately made us feel very welcome. The accommodation covered the entire first floor of a large country house and had been very well modernised. There was also a nice outside terrace with table and chairs, and a large balcony with lovely views. The apartment was very well equipped and each of the rooms was very spacious and extremely comfortable - a real home from home. A really superb place to stay and use as a base for exploring the wider mountains and lakes region of central Austria. Thoroughly recommended!

This hotel offers spacious quadruple semi-apartments (without kitchen) with 4 different double beds, in 2 separate bedrooms and one loft living room. That means one place comfortably sleeps 8 people! The location next to the lake, with a private beach, and plenty of games available at the property kills it as well. We loved our refreshing stay here after a demanding hiking and via-ferrata adventure. Also staff had been super cute and nice to us.

Hotel has traditional Austrian ambiance and heritage. It is perfectly located with its own private access to the wonderful, clean lake. The buffet breakfasts offer many choices of fresh, traditional cuisine. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and many have view to the lake or a quiet pretty street. The staff is very profesional and friendly. We will certainly be coming back and highly recommending this hotel.

The apartment is walking distance from everywhere in the town, it is a very good location! The apartmant itself is quiet and also very nice, has everything which is needed. The town, Altaussee is an excellent location for relaxing, we swimmed in the cristal clean lake, we did SUP and a lot of biking around. Our host was very supportive and very kind!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Charming cottage in Altaussee with a very homely feel and a very nice host with a very fluffy dog. The apartment was comfortably large, clean and equipped with all necessities. A ski room was available with an accessible plug for electric boot warmers.

Best location in Altaussee. The breakfast is outstanding. Especially the Ronnefeldt Tea Selection and the Bread selection. The Wellness and Sauna area is stunning. I enjoyed it every day.
