A very old historic building of the 14thC. Neat and spacious common areas, good sized bedrooms; down feather amenities; logo slippers, gowns, and ten out of ten heating; very clean spa. Linen change as you wished and towels daily. Breakfast: it was above and beyond with fresh produce and a full basket of local dishes, Austrian hams and cheeses, scrambled eggs, fluffy viennese croissants, vegan & vegetarian diets, breads, desserts etc and a large assortment of juices, teas & coffees. Lunch and dinner: it was a pleasant experience too. The service of the staff: was excellent with very polite staff available to assist you in any in-house enquiries to suggestions for outdoor experiences. Location: location was value for money! Hotel in a small village, next to a large market center, a 14min drive to Salzburg Old Town and a 45min drive to the closest ski resort. We would definitely return to this gasthouse.

The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.

The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. The hotel has the most refreshing design concept. Nestled by the bridge, right next to the Old town, the location makes them absolutely in the centre of everything. I can't say enough about the hotel staff. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient adding to the charm and value that many travelers, including us, truly appreciate. The hotel owner, Vivienne, is always around and bought true value to our experience, making us experience hospitality that we have found nowhere else. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a buffet that offered a very nice selection making us feel both indulged and at home. Their lobby has a combination of a Coffeeshop and a Bar- Serving the most amazing coffee(secret- they have their own house blend!). with unlimited coffee for hotel guests they made us feel so pampered spoilt and hooked!! The Bar Mixologist curated the most amazing cocktails for us, some from locally sourced breweries. Alongside, a welcoming atmosphere with beautifully designed and furnished rooms, they have spotless, super silent rooms, highest quality fixtures and appointments. If we are fortunate enough to return to Salzburg, we will absolutely stay here again.
