The reception staff was very welcoming, with a smile and a lot of patience, they explained carefully how everything works in the hotel from the garage to the breakfast and the SPA. The room was spacious, with all amenities you may need and extremely clean. The cleaning ladies, very lovely greet you with a smile and are all over cleaning all day, impressive. The SPA was wonderful, starting from the pool area to the sauna and steam bath, everything was perfect! I will for sure turn back again there.

The pleasantly surprising coincidence offered us a room with a breathtaking lake and mountain view at half the cost of our initial booking.
