I have already recommended the location to our daughter. There was plenty of space. Everything that you could possibly need for a short or long stay was provided. The cottage was clean and well furnished. There were a lot of little touches that are beneficial to a cold climate stay (even though we were there in summer) e.g heated towel rail. The bonus under cover parking was also most appreciated.

It was a great stay in the little cabin on site. It was a very last minute booking during the Celtic Festival weekend that we were lucky to snap up due to a cancellation. The cabin was lovely! All amenities we needed, comfi bed and Chris and his wife were great hosts. They even put the heater on for us prior to arrival and gave us a great dinner tip in town. Can only highly recommend this great motor park!

Glen Innes is a truly historic town with lots of buildings...

Glen Innes is a truly historic town with lots of buildings that look just like the ones in pictures from history we are familiar with from school books and displays. It is well placed for bushwalking in Washpool and Gibraltar Range National Parks and doing less strenuous exploring, drinking coffee and eating good food in between.

I explored the standing stones but my stay at GI was solely...

I explored the standing stones but my stay at GI was solely used as a base for exploring the Old Grafton Road before travelling back home. This road is currently closed so I had to tackle it from Glen Innis one afternoon, making it to The Mann River Nature Reserve and then made the long drive next day to Grafton to tackle it from that end. The tunnel was accessible from this side. Well worth it as the scenery was to die for. Meals were excellent at the Servicemens Club and diesel was priced exceptionally well for this trip.

Glen Innes is a great town to stop and relax.

Glen Innes is a great town to stop and relax. The park was beautiful, especially in May with the vibrant autumn colours. We visited the standing stones, enjoying a picnic lunch, coffee from the kiosk and the beautiful view overlooking the town.

The lookout with new skywalk provided wonderful views of the town and the beautiful countryside. The commentary was very good. The standing stones were very interesting and the explanations were fabulous. The crofters house, new toilet block and garden area were fabulous. The area was well maintained and looked so nice.

Glen Innes has a beautiful country town feeling.

Glen Innes has a beautiful country town feeling. It is easy to get around and there is lovely cafes, a health food shop and shopping opportunities ... The surroundings are lovely with lots of parks, fitness options as well as the annual gem show and the famous 'Standing Stones' a powerful Celtic healing ground with an annual Celtic festival in May.

This is an amazing, old and classy property right in the heart of Glen Innes. We had a huge, comfortable bed, with electric blanket and were very cosy. We had sole use of the upstairs lounge and bathroom. In the downstairs lounge, which we were also free to use and where we were served with a hearty bacon and egg breakfast (included in the price), there was a welcoming and warming log fire. Phil was the perfect host, he greeted us on arrival, showed us around, let us choose which room we wanted and made sure we had everything we needed,

I booked for Friday and Saturday night was trying to ring the property for 10 days prior to our stay as we were arriving early Saturday morning around 8 am didn’t not try to contact me nor reply to any of the emails I sent them still charged me full price. I run a hotel and to keep the customer happy I would have taken 70$ of as they were only in the room for 5 hours prior to check in on Saturday

We had an unexpected extra days stay at Glen Innes Motel due to a car break down. The hosts Andrew and Tamara were fantastic and very understanding and we could comfortably stay for extra days while the car was repaired. Room was very clean and comfortable, we all slept very well and the breakfast is always a great bonus. Thankyou very much.

The room was a good size and it had plenty of lights so you could see. The room had been modernised. It was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The motel was walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Glen Innes.
