I loved it.
I loved it. It had been some 15 years since I had visited and truly loved it better than I expected. I think staying in the quieter part of GC was the key. If you like the hustle and bustle definitely go closer to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach. Wet and Wild was so much fun with Seaworld on our doorstep was amazing. Pacific Fair is great for shopping, everything from designer brands to discount stores. Kurrawa Surf Club in Broadbeach has good food and an ocean view. The light rail makes it easy to get around if you don’t want to drive or you can take the bus.
