Property and location was amazing.hot tub,pool ,firepit,facilities,space absolutely 6 star property and also communication amazing.towels and wash things provided and some basic tea coffee ect. Please don't panic as we did when request from yi.comes before your date.it is definitely a true booking and yi was on hand at any time for instructions and advice. We have stayed at the Commercial Hotel a number of times and have never had any problems. Comfort and cleanliness has always been up to standard but I think they must have spring cleaned or have a new cleaning crew because the room was really clean (skirting boards, windows and bathroom etc.) - thank you. My husband is usually working so the proximity to town when I don't have transport is also very important to me when booking accommodation and the fact I just cross the yard and I get a good value meal in the Hotel. Also there is a small shopping centre just up the road for any necessities and goods for breakfast.

Everything about the place. Friendly and helpful staff. It's more like a hotel than a motel. Was so surprised to see that. Last minute, I asked for a change in the room configuration via a msg and was so surprised to see that they have actioned on it. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again. The professionalism of a bigger operation and personality of a small business. Staff were exceptional. It's hard to fill an old building with antiques and not make it feel fusty - this was anything but! Absolutely worth staying for dinner too - we weren't sure what to expect but booked in out of convenience more than anything and were very pleasantly surprised.
