Very impressed with the quality, especially for the price. Great, central location. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was no noise from the Kawana Waters hotel next door too. Everything was clean and looked like it had been recently renovated.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is beautiful and cozy. Everything was very tidy and spotlessly clean. Tracey provided everything we needed and more (e.g. a welcome package, sunscreen, beach towels). If we were back in Australia we will definitely be back!

Perfect location, opposite the beach so 2 minutes from a swim in the waves at a patrolled beach, but 1 minute from a lovely relaxing and cooling lagoon pool, so could go in multiple times a day. Was too hot for the spa pool when I stayed, but would be great at some times of year. Lovely relaxing verandah table with views, nice to eat or read out there but could retreat inside to the sofa and air con if needed. Great facilities, washing machine, drying rack, [even a clothes dryer, though it wasnt needed]. Everything you needed for making a meal, so didn't always need to eat out. Nice extra little touches in the kitchen like some cooking oil, and fresh pepper grinder - thanks :-)

    Best is cleanliness and staffs were all helpful and friendly. Parking was plenty and secured. Just one thing with TV, I couldn’t link to their wifi so I couldn’t watch Netflix but overall was amazing. Definitely will choose to stay here again when I’m up for work.

    Cooking facilities, dishwashers washing machines, dryer everything had cleaning supplies if required and you didn’t need to worry too purchase from shop even supplied milk for tea and coffee. Only downside was the Tv local news and show free to air you had to sign in vis an app / phone or website. Pool and facilities were spot on.

    No control of the temperature in your room.

    No control of the temperature in your room. Restaurant hours not guaranteed. Room service food cold. To communicate with room service or front desk expect to have to get in the elevator and go down there. TV’s are impossible to cast to, wifi difficult to connect. Bonus, they give you free cold water in the hallway.

    Loved the price and size of unit and balcony, just wished it was a bit closer to restaurants, shops and beaches but then again that's probably why it is much cheaper. Would be perfect for anyone needing to visit the hospital.

    When booking this hotel through booking.com the rooms looked...

    When booking this hotel through booking.com the rooms looked clean fresh new ect immediately after checking in we realised this is not how it’s advertised 1. We had made a special request asking for them to put some flowers or write a card as we where booking this for my 18th birthday they replied saying that it was confirmed and there will be no extra charge( there was absolutely nothing done) as a matter of fact we got the “worst room” they had according to the rude office lady we have pubes in the shower the tv would turn off every 3 minutes and take 5 minutes to load the wifi was incredibly bad the AC leaks on the floor we asking to get changed rooms and was told we had to pay an extra $250 per night

    Full kitchen, laundry, lovely showers, spacious lounge room, kitchen area. Plenty of space for hanging up clothes as well of space in bathrooms. Beds were quite comfortable. Undercover secured parking. Good sized balcony with a fabulous view. Awesome walking track around the lake. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully a lot longer next visit as there’s so much to explore.

    The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The location, for the price: 200m walk to a major shopping centre, and the beach was 200m walk in the other direction. Room is very well appointed, despite a few new-hotel issues that can be remedied. The hotel had only been open for 1 month at time of our stay.

    We were visiting family who live nearby, so the location suited us perfectly. Staff were friendly and responsive, parking OK, hotel dining and bars overlooked the canal and boats nearby. Easy walking distance to supermarket and shopping centre; short drive/ride to nearby beaches and river. Recommended.

    We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that looked out over Kawana Waters. Beautiful view. Easy check in and out. Good communication from staff. Central to shopping centres if needed. All apartments, balconies and community areas are smoke free.
