We have been coming to Ocean Grove once or twice a year for some time now. It hasn't been spoilt like some of the other beachside towns we've seen. The beach is great - although some days the blue bottle jelly fish were on the beach this trip. We've never seen them before.

Layout was great, large lounge downstairs, great sized dining table with lots chairs, lovely outlook to the garden, kitchen with butlers pantry was excellent, walk in showers for the elderly, overall very good facilities. Shopping centre at the end of the road. Nice little shops in Ocean Grove, recommend the bakery near coles.

Magnificent beach for swimming and surfing, running, walking...

Magnificent beach for swimming and surfing, running, walking dog. Good clean facilities. Easy access for wheelchair down ramps. Glorious views and coastal sceneery here and at Barwon Heads and The Bluff... all along the coast to Bells Beach, Anglesea and beyond. Would make an excellent place for summer vacations.

If you like the beach within a walking distance of the shops...

If you like the beach within a walking distance of the shops and a short drive to Geelong then Ocean Grove would suit perfectly. Perfect location when anrriving off the Spirit of Tasmania away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of little cafes, parks, supermarket all central and only a short drive to bigger stores.

Ocean Grove has a great variety of restaurants, Greek, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and great fish & chips, and close to Barwon Heads where they have a fantastic pub that caters to vegetarians & vegans also has all the top supermarkets, Aldi, Coles & Woolies, the beaches are all fantastic as well it's a great place to visit.

The location was fantastic, it was lovely being able to walk to the shops and beach. We had a family member from Germany and he loved it. I liked the attention to detail in the decor, we had everything we needed, even Caramel coffee sticks, which were yummy. The beds were comfy everything was clean and we loved that the heaters were on on our arrival. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Ocean Grove.
