Motel looks tired shaby and dusty / untidy from the outside...
Motel looks tired shaby and dusty / untidy from the outside but room O.K.
Linen piled up nearby does not set a good impression as you arrive. NO person on reception unless you ring a number and they arrive in about two minutes.
May not stay again as it is good to have someone on reception.
