Very clean and comfortable and fantastic value for money in comparison to other nearby accommodation. Would definitely recommend to stay here as it's close to Sorrento and Portsea beaches, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Very easy no fuss check-in and checkout and polite staff.

Whilst the reception staff are very welcoming I cannot say...

Whilst the reception staff are very welcoming I cannot say the same for the breakfast staff. All seemed quite unenthused with being there. Breakfast was not great, warm bread not toast, cold tomato although listed as grilled, bacon very tough and dry. Coffee was good though. The room was lovely but the king long pillows are way too high/deep making for a most uncomfortable sleep. Would prefer to see normal foam pillows.

Sorrento has something for everyone .

Sorrento has something for everyone . Shopping is amazing offering range of local and designer stores , wineries, great restaurants , beaches and overall offers Mediterranean feel. Strongly recommend Sorrento Hotel - place offers so much in such a wonderful location. Easy to get around, walk to beach or to designer stores, or bite of Australia’s famous vanilla slice. Highly recommend- great value for short stay / recharge .

The grocery store is very close as well as shops and...

The grocery store is very close as well as shops and restaurants. They have several cafes and bakeries. It is a very quiet coastal town. We ate at the French restaurant Bistro Elba both nights. We enjoyed it so much the first night we went back again. The service and food were excellent. There are several beaches within walking distance. My favorite was in Portsea, which is on the other side of the Milionaires Walk. You can walk both ways or take the bus back.

Sorrento township is busy with lots of cafes and shops.

Sorrento township is busy with lots of cafes and shops. Great hotels for food and Bistro Elba for special dinner. Escape the town and walk the back and Bay cliff trails or longer walk to Portsea. Drive to Point Nepean for a special historical Quarantine Station and nature experience. See the ships sail through the Heads, catch a delightful ferry trip to Queenscliff for the day.

The Hotel & staff were great including the meals.

The Hotel & staff were great including the meals. The views, location perfect. The problem was we had 2 nights booked. Our room overlooked the pool but the verandah leaked as the construction may have not been finished. We had limited sleep for the night. In the morning we reported the issue to Reception & arranged for a room upgrade for the remaining 2nd night. I still find this a shortfall in regards to lost sleep which is the primary issue of the Hotel.

We always stay at Oceanic apartments when in Sorrento. Location is fantastic. Short walk to back beach and beautiful walks. Also short walk to shops and bayside beach. Apartments are clean and have an outdoor patio. Comfortable bed and everything you need. Neil is an excellent host.
