Service was amazing, when I checked in staff asked about why I booked and I told them it was a weekend planned for my birthday with my family and gave a complimentary bottle of wine. They explained everything about the place, what they had to offer and things we could do. Our apartment was amazing, spacious, modern and very clean.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! Judy & Grant did a great job with this place, adding little touches to the place like binoculars, board games, brochures around the house for local food and activity recommendations, it’s the little additional details that just makes it feel a lot more accommodating. The view - BEAUTIFUL! Me and my partner woke up thinking we woke up in the pacific islands! Lol it was literally heaven on earth ☺️ we spent our first night on the beach until midnight, it just felt peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Al Mare for the great memories and thank you Judy & Grant for being lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend 1000%

I loved that the motel has the full range of Foxtel programming on their entertainment system. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels where you get a very, very limited range of entertainment. The rooms are basic but well apointed and have a microwave which is not found everywhere. The staff are wonderful and super friendly

    The Ocean Front Motel was terrific and so was the restaurant. Fantastic food and views. The Indian restaurant Shahi Mahal had fantastic food at a reasonable price and The Greens The Entrance was great for a visit to the club and the staff and food is fantastic

    Trip was good as it was for a family reunion - very nice...

    Trip was good as it was for a family reunion - very nice part of the world to stay - but the traffic was a nightmare too many people driving and having to stop between the lights and other vehicles could not move when they had a green light because of this happening.

    We had a great meal at the WatersEdge Restaurant, which is right on the Entrance. For the family, Kens Humble Pie Shop make their pies daily and were the best. The Entrance is a fantastic place for a family holiday, the play park area is really well thought out and the Pelican feeding is a must.

    The entrance has always been a lovely place to visit grew up Holidaying in the entrance was always good fishing. Good food. Was a little bit concerned when we drove through one of the car parks down by the lake and noticed homeless people had set up home in tents. Surely the council can do more to help.

    We did find that a lot of the food available was takeaways, burgers, pizza etc, so found it difficult to find somewhere for breakfast. Perhaps we were picky, but we were both looking for a healthy option. We ended up going to Erina Fair for breakfast.

    location great, if they did the required PPM maintenance and cleaning to the rooms would also be great. indoor pool is good but poor lighting doesnt meet min legal lighting safety requirments. room service food if you can manage to order it was good, but limited menu get better food, quicker and cheaper at the entrance resturants.

    I had a great stay at ibis Styles The Entrance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice to sleep in, and the furnishings were modern. Being next to the Diggers Club was handy for meals and entertainment. Overall, a good option for anyone visiting the area.
