Good communication in advance of arrival. Very Friendly welcome and interaction during the stay. Lovely house with a nice view over the paddocks next door. Loved the books about the history of the clarence valley.

everything is available and all you wish for a B&B is there. The room with balcony, a great host couple that greet you with wine and cheese in the late afternoon, dinner is possible and all guests make use of it , a huge garden on the river, a pool, hammocks, and even a lot of Walibi’s. Simple motel packed with everything you need, near town centre. Clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were travelling g from UK and randomly chose this motel and were pleasantly surprised. Also turned up during jacaranda festival so added bonus of meeting fellow clients of motel who told us all about it and pointed out what to do from list the motel had supplied all rooms.

The hotel was a short drive to town. Our room was newly decorated and extremely comfortable.

Late check was made easy. The room was far better than expected. The furnishings was great and made the room feel all that little bit more homely after been on the road away from home for a while.
