I’ve stayed in many places, but the team at this hotel truly stands out – probably the most amazing I’ve ever encountered. Everyone was so polite, genuinely helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is new, modern, and perfectly maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning – the same goes for the rooftop pool area, which was quiet and incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was another highlight – everything was fresh, high quality, and really tasty, with plenty of variety. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-standard stay.

There are not many positives to be said about Neum.

There are not many positives to be said about Neum. The best thing about it is the weather, followed by the opp-ty to "hop" (provided that you have a car) either way (left of right) into Croatia, where proper beaches await visitors who look for something (a proper beach) that Neum cannot offer. Most of the diners in Neum carry unwarranted pretentions of class, which gives them license to overprice everything. One little thing that annoys me in BIH is this "conspiracy" of being served water in a bottle of 350 ml, which is good thing for 10-year olds but not for adults. Another one (also visible in Neum) is waiting and kitchen staff smoking in front of you, the customer - a fact which, by European standards, should be horrific. Parking is a problem. In front of a tiny and miserable stretch of shore (I wouldn't say "beach"), the local town hall asks you to pay 3 euro per hour. Then all spaces (in front of stores, for example), are tight and narrow, just like the winding streets going up and down of this boring town.

A very beautiful Balkan Mediterranean gem, it is really worth visiting! The people are kind and you can get everything that makes a family vacation enjoyable! Although the beach is not sandy and the water is a bit cool, it is still pleasant.

We enjoyed our holiday very much!

We enjoyed our holiday very much! Neum is not as small as we expected. It is a picturesque town with beautiful nature surroundings and a variety of beaches of different kinds. There are neighbourhoods of big hotels and a lot of small cute apartments. Most of the supermarkets near the seaside do not accept bank cards (August 2025). The town was built on the seaside mountains, so you'll possibly have to use lots of stairs which connect horizontal streets.

Very different to Mostar and Sarajevo.

Very different to Mostar and Sarajevo. Lots of Croatians here and after visiting Sarajevo you don't feel like you are in Bosnia. The real Bosnian experience is in Sarajevo. However, it is worth staying for 3 nights at the end of the Bosnia experience. We flew into Sarajevo (3 nights), train to Mostar (2 nights_, Taxi to Neum (3 nights), then flew out of Dubrovnik Airport.

Town of Neum is very picturesque.

Town of Neum is very picturesque. They have a few restaurants with really great food. We used it for close proximity to places we visited like Mostar and Makarska. Free breakfast has a lot of choices available but again many things are tasting different that I am used to like coffee from machine that was most horrible. Thank goodness you can purchase real latte, espresso at the bar in lounge area. I think many european standards are not implemented because Bosnia is not a part of EU. It has good sides like fresh fish variety but also omlets fired on some kind of grease that makes it look brown and taste yak! Little things.

Neum is a fantastic destination with clean seawater and many beautiful beaches. As the only coastal town in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is easily reachable via Stolac without crossing country borders. Conveniently sandwiched between Split and Dubrovnik in Croatia, the town boasts great restaurants such as Laguna, Bonaca, Hotel Posejdon's restaurant, Trabakul, and many others, all offering a wide variety of seafood options. Neum offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

1. Location is the best, just 2 mins to bus station, 4 mins to the sea and 3 mins to the best restaurant Laguna, 10 mins to supermarket 2. Clean and comfy room 3. There is a common kitchen for 2 rooms and you can make a Bosnian type coffee there 4. The best part is huge balcony with a sea view. it's just amazing! 5. Great wifi signal 6. The place is on Google maps, it was easy to find it, but you should send the approximate time of arriving before your visit

Enterijer hotela i soba je lijep i ugodan, cistoca je na nivou. Lokacija za ljude u kondiciji, s obzirom na veliki broj stepenica do plaze, je također ok. Garaza za parkiranje je veliki plus s obzirom na vrucine vani. Sve u svemu jedan solidan hotel.
