Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We stayed here during a very difficult political situation in the country (quota movement protests, curfew and internet shutdown), but felt in good hands there. They made great efforts to ensure our safety and to make us having a great time in the city in spite of the difficult circumstances. Besides, there is a very good restaurant inside the hotel building, which also serves delicious breakfast. We hope to have the chance to come back!

This hotel is awesome regarding the location regarding the amenities as well as the staff. We really liked that they were so helpful, showed us where to visit the sightseeing spots as well even give us a room although we had checked out early on that day. They just wanted us to rest there and they did not charge us. In sum I can recommened Bottomhill for any locall as well as foreigners who come to visit Syleth. Thank you Bottomhill Palace!!!
