Very nice lady at the reception, helped with every issue. The room was very clean and very large The breakfast was very good and there was a large selection of food (too few tables in the restaurant in relation to the number of guests)

New and very beautiful hotel, about 20 minutes from the bus and train station and 10-15 minutes from the metro station. Other buses and trams nearby. The city center is about 10-15 minutes on foot, so it's possible to visit the main attractions without using public transport. The room is cozy and well-maintained. The breakfast is abundant with various options, both local and international. The reception staff is welcoming and helpful, providing lots of useful information. The cleaning staff is kind and cheerful. A special thanks to the lady at the reception who assisted us with the taxi to the airport very early in the morning and arranged a take away breakfast for us.
