ROOM: spacious, spotless clean, balcony, efficient WiFi, beautiful carpet colour and pattern, two large beds put together next to each other. BATHROOM: large shower with hotel shampoo and soap 2 in 1, spacious bathroom, just 1 hanger, no holders for personal soap in the shower. BREAKFAST AND ALL INCLUSIVE MEALS: amazing, one of the best we ever had, everyday different options, cake like you can order for birthday available everyday + other sweets, lots of regional cuisine dishes, few pizza types straight from the pizza oven, even ice cream - no need to eat outside hotel at all. PERSONNEL: Front Desk Manager very customer orientated, helped in everything we asked beyond standard options; other receptionists and bellboys very nice and helpful, following the procedures. ENTERTAINMENT: dance shows every day, staff tried to involve guests in different types of activities every day. Everywhere spotless clean. STRONG 4 STARS because this Hotels deserves 5 STARS!!! P.S. I saw no children which I liked:)

I had an amazing experience there.

I had an amazing experience there. A wonderful and to my every very nice receptionists whom replied to my every request. The rooms and the hotel are very clean and located in a great place just next to the beaches and the bus station. The rooms are being cleaned every day and the breakfast is very nice. very warm and quite place, with a very domestic atmosphere. I will definitely come back again

Extremely crowded city. Food in restoraunts is meh at best. Sea is clean but you cannot swim, lifeguards don't allow to go further then 1.5m depth and if a small breeze blowing- further then ankle depth, so if you want to enjoy the sea-choose a different location.

Horrible, it is not a resort, it is a big dirty city, expensive and ugly ! There are much better places in the world where one could spend their money and time! Too bad for the ruined beautiful nature with overbuild areas without decent roads or parking spots. I will not recommend it to anyone unless if you want to see how far the corruption in Bulgaria had gone, loosing control over everything.

You can enjoy here both in the mornings and at nights as you can enjoy the beach during the day and you can find a lot of entertainment facilities at night as there is an active nightlife here. However, you should not expect a lot from the sea, which is wavy and which does not have clear aqua-blue water.

I had a relatively normal time there, but for the same money, I'd rather choose Greece or Turkey next time. It would be cheaper, with warmer water, cleaner beaches, and overall lower prices. McDonald's was insanely expensive — 2–3 times more than usual. Other places were cheaper but still not exactly cheap. Honestly, I don’t understand why the prices are so high, considering the infrastructure doesn’t look great. I also felt like most services were tailored mainly for russians — in most places, staff greeted me in Russian first (not even in Bulgarian), and sometimes they didn’t speak any English at all but russian. So, if you don’t want to be surrounded by russians, it’s better to choose a different destination.

The rooms were modern and comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and they were cleaned daily. The pool is clean and well positioned to give a choice of sun or shade. What really sells this hotel is the location, only a short 5 minute stroll to the centre of Sunny Beach's main strip but far enough to allow for a good night's sleep uninterrupted by the nightlife noise.

Despite the fact that we were guests at the end of the season, everything was exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent all the staff was helpful and polite. We will definitely visit Hotel Alba again on our next trip to Sunny beach. The location is really good. The parking area is maybe the cheapest in Sunny beach - 6 €/24 hours. The hotel is calm and safe. The rooms were spacious and there were 2 bathrooms, which is really rare and brings comfort to another level, especially if you have a big family with small children.

The staff was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is wonderful, it have a private beach area. The rooms are clean and huge. Most of the coctalis were included. And not only the local spirits was on the drinks menu, also Bacardi, Red Label wiskey ect was included in the all inclusive.
