Gorgeous lovely lavish hotel in Manama. Amazing service and comfort. The food is sooo delicious especially in the Lebanese restaurant Byblos with Chef Tony Khoury. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The pools are sooo soothing and relaxing thanks to Fatu and Naveed for amazing service. The sky view from the bar at the 50s floor is insane. 😍Overall a must stay in Manama.

When I arrived at the hotel, I had a minor problem that I don’t want to mention because in the end I excused the hotel due to the Eid crowds, but what is special about the hotel is the management’s response to the quick solution and facilitating the stay, and I can only thank the hotel management from the youngest to the oldest. When you enter, you find the special reception with Arabic coffee and the smiles of the workers and everyone welcomes you, as well as the staff responsible for breakfast. Thank you all, and I will book and stay with you again as soon as possible.

I have been very well received by the hotel staff who very kindly upgraded me for a suite. Everybody was very caring and the room was amazing. It is a little bit far from the city center, but there was a bus stop just a few minutes away by foot, which was very convenient.

I went to the receptionist and asked for an extra blanket...

I went to the receptionist and asked for an extra blanket and pillow for my children. He told me there weren't any. The hotel manager next to him told me to pay extra and take the larger room. I told him I only have two young children, why should I take a larger room? I just wanted a blanket and pillow. He refused, showing no manners or professionalism.
