Very nice village and coast, we actually liked it better than Goderich (even if Goderich is a super nice town too)
Main street is filled with friendly and nice places to hang out, eat and drink, the views of the lake are amazing, the marina is a great place to have a morning coffee

The rooms are not fully renovated as described on the hotel’s website, but they have been refreshed and are clean and comfortable. The property appears to be family-run, with clear effort made to provide a reasonable level of comfort within practical limits. The surroundings are pleasant, and a variety of amenities are available within a 5-minute drive to downtown Bayfield. The on-site restaurant is quite good, and I appreciate the effort to maintain quality despite fluctuating demand, ranging from busy long weekends to quieter weekdays.

Location was perfect. Quiet at this time of year and within an easy, few minute drive to Bayfield and a short drive to Goderich. The beds and pillows were comfy. Added bottled water was a plus. Also a microwave, small fridge and coffee was available to use. Contactless check-in was easy and hosts were friendly and provided great communication.
