We really enjoyed our stay in Pincher Creek and the Econolodge was perfect. We were not sure what to expect but everything about the hotel really did exceed our expectations. And, in particular, the staff were exceptional - very welcoming, polite and attentive. Our room, the foyer and the breakfast area were immaculately clean. Highly recommended!!

Upon arrival there was a few things that needed to be rectified. Upon talking with the staff they promptly fixed the issues and the stay was pleasant. Very happy overall the chalet was very nice inside and loved the balcony. I would stay there again. I was impressed by the efficient and friendly hotel manager

The lady at the front desk, Bonnie, when we checked in and on the day we checked out, was amazing. She was informative about the area and activities...she engaged with the kids. Her customer service was awesome. The hotel was ok....old and basic, but we would be ok staying there again.

Good value for money if you're traveling around Waterton but don't want to spend extra on the in-town hotels. There's a pool there, but we didn't use it, so I can't rate it. Quite spacious rooms.

We booked this hotel months in advance as we were starting a hike in Waterton the next day so we were happy to be close to Waterton.
