I remember passing by this hotel in Zurich and being amazed at its location. I purposely booked a room to experience the hotel and its location this time. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Famous Paradaplatz, allowing for multiple choices for transit use, and the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its high-end shops and cafes. The hotel is also located in the city's old section, making walking in any weather enjoyable. It is also within walking distance of Lake Zurich, Bellevueplatz, Train Station, and Zurich's old, cobblestone streets. This place is at the heart of it all, with the price tag of other hotels nearby. The room was great. Due to the heavy rain on this trip, I utilized the room more than usual. I loved that the room included fresh fruit on the table, a big bottle of mineral water and a personalized note welcoming me. This was a pleasant and unexpected treat—a lovely touch and enough to want me to return. There is also a hot beverage machine with complimentary coffee and tea. I could make myself comfortable sitting back and relaxing while watching a movie thanks to the TV Chromecast allowing direct streaming from my phone to the TV. The staff was excellent!! The front desk person, Crazy-nails (you know who you are), helped me check-in. She was delightful and put a smile on my face. Very friendly and social. It made me feel more like a good friend than a paying guest. It was a very refreshing change after a tough week.

The hotel was just above and beyond our expectations, the room was beautiful, very spacious and the appliance was very high quality, so was every detail in the room The staff were so helpful, kind and patient with every piece of information we needed! every one of them was very very nice and welcoming The location of the hotel was really perfect for our purpose - about 15 minutes drive to the airport and 10-15 minute walk to the city center

Excellent stay in a central location, close to key viewpoints overlooking Zurich. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - I happened to be staying during a massive street party outside near the lake, and the staff were keen to ensure minimal noise disrupted my stay (my room was quiet all night). Though slightly small, the twin room was the perfect size for a single traveller, and the breakfast downstairs was tasty.

    I was there mostly in the office. Regensdorf itself for me seems to be normal, average european city/village. People in the restaurants doesn't always speak english. The neighbourhood, nature, looks good but not amazing.

    Regensdorf is a suburb of Zurich.

    Regensdorf is a suburb of Zurich. It is about a 20 minute train ride to the main station in Zurich and about the same to the airport. The town does not have a lot to offer, but it has good connections to Basel and then on to France. I would recommend going to the new Thermalbad in Baden, Switzerland. This is a very picturesque town about 30 minutes away by train.

    The Italian restaurant was amazing and the staff were friendly, informative and motivated to give excellent service. The hotel was quite far from the city which was a disadvantage but otherwise we were comfortable and would recommend the hotel.

    I've spent in the hotel a few days, was there mostly for business, the room was big, with a carpet, a desk, a little tea table, a fridge, a sofa. I like when hotel room is spacious. Everything was clean, hotel room has been cleaned every day, shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom was in big containers so no need to save. From the outside the building seems to be old, but no problem. Good continental breakfast, WiFi OK.
