Really great place to stay, our stay in Felmis in July 2025. Staff are really nice, breakfast was super. Reserved electric car charging station was really appreciated. I'd definitely go there again.

Gorgeous hotel right on the lake with an amazing view. We had the spa room and it was amazing with a spa bath, sauna and jet shower. The rooms are very spacious and very clean with thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates and l’occitane toiletries. The bed was so comfortable I had the best night’s sleep.

The staff at the front desk were amazing - friendly and helpful. They were able to assist us with an alternative option when our tour operator (Viator - never use them) cancelled thirty minutes before the tour and were unreachable. Their suggestion was even more cost effective than the tour operator and it ended up being a pleasant day afterall. So thumbs up for the excellent service in our time of need.

    Lets be honest, it is a hotel on the cheaper side so dont expect sparkles. The hotel is located next to the highway and behind the gasstation. With 15 minutes you are in Central Luzern. The hotel is basic. The rooms are very warm, we had to sleep with the window open🤨. But it is comfortable and the breakfast is good for this price range. Good and practical stuff for a overnight. If you want nightlife or something to do at night, this is not your place.

    Great hotel for travelling with kids as they offer a very nice indoor and outdoor playground. Good location for visiting Lucerne as the bus takes you there easily within 20 minutes. Big parking lot right at the hotel. Good food and friendly staff.
