Amazing venue, great location and a breakfast that one can wish for with abundance of choice to experience the typical swiss (italian) brekkie. My little one was also greeted with swiss chocolates before we left it which really added to the experience. Thank you!

Very friendly service. The booking confirmation said they only have limited parking space, and it's first come first served. We arrived after 18.00 and there was ample parking space available. The receptionist also showed us the bike storage so we did not have to leave or bikes on the car carrier over night. We booked a room in the lodge and at check in got an upgrade to a bigger room in the hotel. Good breakfast with regional products.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They kindly accepted a parcel of dried food for us in advance and even helped us dry our wet tent. We also received extra vegan breakfast options, including vegan Nutella — a lovely touch! The view from La Sctalèta is stunning, and the building itself is truly special: a charming blend of traditional stone grotto and warm, wooden interior. The kitchen was well-equipped, even offering two sizes of Bialetti with fresh ground coffee — perfect for making espresso. Just a heads-up: the accommodation is in the hosts’ garden, so you may encounter their friendly dog and children playing in front of your window. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, and only added to the homely atmosphere.

The hotel had recently been renovated it was absolutely spotless it was perfectly positioned for our travel needs. Baldomero and his wife the owners was brilliant nothing was too much trouble we ate in the restaurant at night and the food was superb there was a very good selection for breakfast including scrambled eggs the coffee was very good I would highly recommend this hotel also lastly the WiFi was excellent 👍

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beautiful, the bathtubs spacious and comfy, the food delicious, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
