The staff were amazing and went out of their way to respond to questions and help us out. The rooms were really comfortable and had excellent bathrooms. They had emailed us before to find out the configuration of the rooms so it was great to find that our kids had a twin bedroom and not a double that often happens. You get a pass for the local transport with the hotel which was fantastic so we could travel around on the buses for free. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for us to choose from. The hotel has access via its own underground tunnel to the local swimming pool with a fantastic outside heated pool. It wasn't too busy when we were there and a real treat for us and our daughter. They even arranged a free shuttle bus to the station on our last day which was brilliant.

Absolutely the best hotel in St. Moritz! Suvretta House exceeded all our expectations—from the stunning grounds and impeccable facilities to the incredibly warm and attentive staff. Breakfasts were delicious, and we loved the convenience of having a private ski school for our kids, plus direct ski-lift access straight from the hotel—a unique perk you simply can’t find elsewhere in St. Moritz. Perfect hotel to "get away from it all". Secluded with amazing views and various things to keep you occupied (if you need). The staff were very friendly and helpful right from the moment we entered the Funicular base station. Return fare and breakfast were included in the booking. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast offered plenty to choose from. Train station or bus stop is a short walk from the Funicular.
