We had a late check in, so we had to do a self check in in this case, which was super simple as we got clear instructions. The room was super clean and comfy. Nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

The location was perfect, right next to the bus stop. Incredible view of Lake Maggiore from the little balcony. Situated in a beautiful little village. And the staff was really very nice. Everything was perfect!

Check-in by myself is great idea. It was easy. We didn’t know where to park car and didn’t know rules for free parking. Thank you that you leave information on the table. Room has everything what you need for one night or longer period. Even small kitchen with all staff (olive oil, salt, pepper, everything). Thank you for smart TV. We enjoyed our Netflix. Bathroom is good and nice cosmetic. Everything is well organized. Thank you!

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland.     Nice village with a great bakery and several good restaurants. The famous valleys near Locarno/Ascona are easy to reach, and it is just a few minutes to drive to central Locarno. As usual in Switzerland, public transportation is great!
