The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is awesome. Comfy beds and the breakfast is made with soooo much love. We loved our stay so much we extended for a few more nights. But by far the best thing is the staff. Connie always greets you with a big smile and is super willing to help and give tips for the area. And Nieve is just the sweetest person, she has sooooo much passion for her hotel and her guest and really makes you feel like home. Thank you sooo much for our amazing time with you, hopefully see you soon :) Jenny and Linus

This is a fabulous family run hotel in the central area of viña del mar. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive. We stayed during our honeymoon travels and they left us with a special message and glass of champagne to celebrate. Incredibly sweet extra touch was appreciated. The breakfast is very good and well organised. They even did some laundry for us. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay, would stay again!
