My brother came to Chile to see the Comet and was travelling alone - with little experience of solo travel. Felipe and his family were the most amazing hosts, helping him to get to places to see the comet and being in contact with me (his sister ) in England to help organise his stay. Clean room, sheets , etc. Great location if you travel to or from the Bus Terminal Sur. Cheerful reception staff speaking English. Just opposite the hotel Alameda Shopping mall is situated, very convenient for all types of shopping including good brands and food stuff. Lock safe was spacious and easy to use . Really good breakfast starting at least at 7.30 am.

The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's WiFi in the rooms. The shuttle service to and fro the airport is probably the best thing.

Incredibly helpful staff, in particular Felipe who sorted out several problems that were entirely my fault. Great shower, comfortable bed. Little garden area is nice. Restaurant has good food, although expensive for Chile. Very convenient for the airport, and there's an hourly shuttle for pick up/drop off. An uber into the city centre is only about $20

Location is awesome for kids before flight because of the pool. It’s literally next door to airport. You can wheel your luggage cart into the hotel. Staff super nice. Rates very reasonable and food prices in restraint very reasonable. Definitely will make this part of our routine when leaving chile again.
