They took really good care, when there was no bottled water they went out in the middle of the night to get it. It was a nice chilling place, the music was kept down to the minimum. I got all the info I needed on how to get around. The bus was particularly useful to get to town. There was a lovely natural pool of water few hundred meters away and there were other places within easy reach to swim.

This is a wonderful hotel on the North end of town, a 15 min walk to the airport and approx 15 min walk from the port or Parque Santander to see the parrots at twilight. The facilites are very clean (one of the cleanest floors I've seen anywhere in the world!) and whoever makes the beds could win competitions. The AC and fans in the room were incredible after a few days in the Amazon. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits, jugo, eggs, bread and coffee. The supermercado Hiper is very close which was very convenient for supplies. There is a military academy and Red Cross office nearby and the area felt safe, even for a solo female traveller. The highlight is the staff - I had one of the warmest welcomes I have had in Colombia, and felt very well cared for by all the staff. The dog Waira is a real cutie. I spent a few days here relaxing after a trek in the jungle. The staff was super helpful, providing me with rides to and from Leticia as well as to and from the airport. The restaurant was delicious and the chef was able to accomodate for my various dietary restrictions! I highly recommend Cabanas Yakuruna!

It was a perfect idiotic place to spend a few days after our trip to jungle and we wanted to stay around for a bit longer but outside of noisy city life of Leticia. Close enough to take a boat taxi or ask owner to organise it for 10min ride one way. The magical place of Cabaña Flotante Kurupira helped to relax a lot! Great healthy food always freshly made by a stuff located at the place. Possibility to jump and swim in the river YES! A very warm welcome and support from the owner and from entire team made this stay a simple dream!

The highlight was the very friendly staff. I was injured during my stay and all the staff was very nice and helpful to try and help me get around and make my stay in Letícia as smooth as possible. The night manager Erica was particularly attentive and helpful. The shuttle serivice is also very reliable. I had the chance to meet the owner and could see the establishment is very serious in building strong reputation for great hospitality service in Letícia.

The hosts are really nice and helpful. The room was clean and has AC. The location is not in the center of Leticia but can be easily reached by taxi, tuc-tuc ou mototaxi from the Airport or the town. I recommand 100% :)

Perfect stay in lovely Leticia! We returned here after our Amazonas trip and we really enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. The kids loved the swimming pool and we enjoyed the hammocks and relax chairs around the pool. As a small hotel, Utuane offered a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere and that was just what we needed. The city center of Leticia is easily and affordably accessible by tuk-tuk, and the reception staff is more than happy to assist with calling one, ordering a pizza, or anything else you might need. Overall very laidback place and would absolutely recommend.

Located next to the Kilometros touristic area, El Refugio de La Floresta offers free parking in Leticia.

Nothing to complain about, everything was great, woman at reception was super helpful, helped us with information, translation, and ideas. As well she organized laundry service for us, clothes were ready next morning, and price was very adequate. Very interesting breakfast which is cooked for you on the spot at rooftop cafeteria. Location was very good, everything is walking distance from there, but if needed you are next to main street and just raise your arm, and TukTuk will pick you up. Definetely suggesting.
