Pablo (the owner) has set up a warm and welcoming environment for families. The facility is picturesque, the rooms are super clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, the in-room A/C kept us nice and cool, and the pools (4 of them) are well maintained, withe plenty of loungers and places to sit available. The food is delicious (Colombian cuisine platos tipicos soooo good) and plentiful. The best part? The wonderful and caring staff! Daniela and Fabio and Ilda and the rest took excellent care of our family. Recommended for a dia de sol or a weekend stay. We plan to return soon.

The staff, views, and room were amazing. Although there were neighbors in the cabin next door, it still felt very private. I would definitely recommend it!!

My stay at Porton de Occidente was a real treat for me, the cabana was clean and comfortable, t. But the staff are the kindest and ready to help you with what you need. I think that is the most importan of the hotel, the people that work there. And the food too!!

The place has everything you need to unplug and relax, and the food service was outstanding. I visited with my elderly dad, who has many dietary restrictions, and the chef accommodated everything with care and kindness. The hotel is small, which I see as a plus: a true boutique experience where the staff know your name from day one and spoil you in every way. The room was spotless, the A/C powerful, and the bed so comfortable that I wanted to buy their pillows. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. I’m already booking a second weekend.
