Great location, nice parc and lovely hotel. Roger was always willing to give advices and smiling just like his wife. We had access to the pool(s), inside and outside and even to the kitchen for the fridge.one of the best place to rest between 2 hard hikes.

Johnny was the best host that you can imagine. He knows a lot about animals and is very helpful. He recommends nice places where you can do activitys around the area. Especially the night tour and the cacao tour are very nice. The hotel has a small garden with a lots of animals. You can see tucans and frogs around the area. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is very good. This place is definitely an recomendation. It was the nicest place where we have been so far in Costa Rica.

the hot spring pools with Rincon de la Vieja view and 24-hour flowing water, which comes from the volcano. The temperature of the pools are different, so you could choose the one that fits you. Very friendly persons. The food tastes also good 👍 a surprise experience here. Be careful ! The main entrance is just on the main road. Don't always trust Google maps, he may accidentally send you to the back door.

beautifull jungle walk in the property with access to the beautifull river. Tucans and other birds visited us every morning. two minutes from the villa, is one of the nicest walks to a great watrfall.

Our recent stay at this resort was nothing short of perfect. We spent 8 days here, and it was the first time all year I truly relaxed – I even slept a full 12 hours! This place is ideal for unwinding and recharging after a long stretch of hard work. The thermal pools, natural sauna, and cosmetic mud treatments made me feel as though I’d taken a trip to paradise; I left feeling rejuvenated and, honestly, about 10 years younger! My daughter loved the experience as well. She got to see so many beautiful birds, a real volcano, and a lush, green botanical garden. The entire staff, especially the team at reception, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed every step of the way. We’ll definitely be back. And to anyone concerned about the road, consider it a bonus adventure! It’s like a free jungle excursion with glimpses into local life – from domestic restaurants to schools and family homes.
