Great place for families with kids. We even got invited to the dinner with Juan - the owner of the property, and his wonderful wife and friends. Plus we also got a free excursion in the sorrounding garden where Juan grows mangos, avocados, blackberries and meny other fruits. Absolutely recommend.

This is definitely the place I can say I would like to come back or would have liked to stay longer. The accommodation is cosy surrounded by beautiful gardens. Breakfast tastes like home and is delicious! Leo, host of the place as its said in Spanish “Buena gente”, you can tell its such a good person that makes this place even more home like. It was absolutely brilliant. Sadly we spend there just one night before heading back to airport. Next time we coming for morecnights for sure. Breakfast is excellent and hot springs in Volcano Lodge are very nice especially on evening.

This boutique hotel offers fantastic accommodations. The staff was just wonderful. We met Allan at the front desk, along with Chichi and Erick at the restaurant. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy. We enjoyed dinner there twice, accompanied by live music from some great artists

This place was absolutely wonderful! My fiancee booked a week here in one of the casitas and it was our first time in Costa Rica. It lived up to all of our expectations and we were hugely pleased with our stay. The staff was absolutely lovely and very accommodating when we thought we were going to have a late check-in. We loved the fact that it was a working farm and had some lovely walks around the property including the Cabalonga trail, spotting sloths by the pool, and having leisurely breakfasts watching the birds. The location is also nicely situated, tucked away in the jungle giving a remote feel, while also being a short drive from La Fortuna. We would absolutely go back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a jungle lodge stay that doesn't feel touristy or like a resort.
