The Hacienda is in a magical place - one can feel the positive energy there already when entering the estate. It is tastefully designed, spacious rooms. Excellent views towards the mountains. Home made meals. Beautiful garden - the best chance to spot hummingbirds. We visited the vanilla farm with the owner. We also did some of the hikes in the property - pristine nature , waterfalls , no other tourists. We loved it all!

We loved the Macaw Lodge and most specially the wooden cabanas made of splendid exotic wood, the natural pools and cascades accessible after easy walk through the jungle, excellent breakfast overlooking beautiful exotic gardens and ponds. The opportunity to watch Martin pêcheur d’amazonie every morning, toucans tocard, pic ouentou, jacana du Mexique, dendrocygne à ventre noir, onoré du Mexique (French names)...we also recommend strongly this place for the kindness of the staff.

Highly recommend stay at Villa Elenita!!, initially had booked for 1 night but extended our stay as the Villa was ideal, great value , exceptional for facilities and really caring hosts, Gilberto was very helpful and genuinely guest focused, communication was clear and always attentive, the Villa has been constructed in such a practical, comfortable way and attention to detail, everything works and makes for a great stay! The house of Nadette is in a very nice neighbourhood! It is very quiet. We really enjoyed to stay at Nadetts Casa. The Breakfast was very delicious. A lot of fruits, bread, selfmade jam and eggs. Thank you Nadette!
