Very friendly owners, breakfast really good, hearty meals if you dine in evening time with a well stocked bar. Atmosphere and dining area along the lines of an Austrian chalet, lovely ! Good location for access into town and other areas in the Eifel.

    We stayed in the village of Reetz which is part of Blankenheim.. Near the village is a lake called Freilinger See,, where people can swim or sunbathe. Blankenheim is situated in a beautiful area, called Eifel.

    Beautiful home in a quiet village. I stayed in the downstairs unit for 3 nights and it was spotless clean. The bath was amazing after a long day of motorcycle riding. Good parking in front of my door. The unit had everything: comfortable beds, pitchblack room at night and a fully equipped kitchen. Contact with the host was perfect, they really care about the quality of the house and your stay. I had a great schnitzel at the Pizzeria Laguna (20min ride to Blankenheim), that's worth a visit. Would definitely come back, thanks so much!

    We had a lovely stay between Christmas and New Year, and enjoyed the hiking trails around Blankenheim, together with our 2 dogs. Our very friendly host Dagmar showed us around. Appartment was cosy, and with a bakery across the street for breakfast buns. The (free) sauna and hot tub were a nice bonus!
