The room exceeded all of my expectations, the charm of the hotel the coziness, the staff everyone tries to help in anything you ask, they are friendly and attentive, really well managed and all of the employees are really good, super friendly an ready to help , the hotel makes you feel welcomed at all times. the rooms are spacious and clean , my room was gorgeous ,The breakfast is really good. Great location, train station entrance right out the front. New modern room - all doors can be unlocked through your phone or you can use the key pad. Room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and nice bathroom. Wifi worked well.

The hotel is part of a building in a shopping mall or something like that. Everything looks relatively new, it is extremely clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds, there is an air conditioning system and a very comfortable lobby bar where you can enjoy your drink. I recommend!

Staffs always smiled and tried they best to help us in any ways. Everything in the room was so perfect. There are everything you need for short and long stay. The layout is really functional and up to date. Will definitely return to this place if we visit Munich again. I'll also visit other Locke hotels elsewhere.

The location is perfect 🫶very easy to get around the city center. The room is normal size, and what is important it is clean. Stuff is so friendly. there is not much choice for breakfast, but it is good according for the price, the choice of hot dishes is small (sausage, bacon and eggs). There is no coffee/tea/fridge in the room, but everything is very tidy and comfortable.

    Description of this hotel is inaccurate in terms of location...

    Description of this hotel is inaccurate in terms of location and amenities. It must state that hotel is located in an industrial area with limited transport to central Munich. Taxis to the centre are very expensive and the price varies a lot per taxi company. The hotel advertises a taxi company in its reception that is very expensive compared to Uber (twice as much!). The supervisor responds angrily when confronted with this information. In order to maintain the hotel's reputation, the management must not advertise taxi companies that take advantage of its guests. Business ethics of companies associated with the hotel matter, in this case was very much questionable. The supervisor and managers are also very rude and abrupt, lacking basic customer service.

    This is a nice and cozy hotel in a small town close to Münich. There are a lot of chargers for electric cars - both in the hotel and nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
