Since it's only 10 points scale, we can give only 10; otherwise, we would have given 20 🙂 Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Balcony and a terrace in a small garden. Very warm welcome and we even have profittted from professional massage services provided by the hosts. The small town is in the heart of Schwarzwald region and many beautiful spots are within 1-1.5 hours of driving.

Everything was amazing!!!! the hosts were lovely people very warm and caring. The place was a real fairy land with astonishing view from the windows and located in a well connected place. There are trains every hour going basically everywhere. AND FOR 3,15 euros YOU GET A CARD TO USE ALL THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT OF THE REGION FOR FREE!!! I can't stress enough how perfect everything was. This is a great family run place, right in the middle of the old town of Gengenbach. With all amenities you could need. Sauna, outdoor pool, outdoor breakfast/lunch/diner. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Gengenbach is a small town I'd seriously recommend visiting and it's a great place to stay for a few days.

A small typical village on a country road. Everything is minimal and simple but safe. There is a good bus & train service, some shops, supermarket and restaurants. interesting local historic house, very authentic and educative for kids. I haven't seen many people on the streets. Nature is dominant.

We booked four nights at the location and visited plenty of places within 40-50km that we had researched prior to travelling. Whilst there are plenty of tourist attractions in the area, there are better things to be found.

Oberharmersbach is a beautiful, well-kept little village nestled in a valley. As far as we could see, there's a bakery, a Penny supermarket, and a few restaurants. It's wonderful for hiking holidays and relaxing.

Nice town with terraces and restaurants in the center. And you can enjoy many walks from the town itself. There's also a swimming pool and a mini golf course. Friendly people in the restaurants and cafes. Good kitchens, you can enjoy delicious food. The surrounding area (the nature) is also very beautiful.

The hike along the Harmersbach picnic trail is very beautiful. A few more refreshment stations would be perfect. But there are great photo opportunities (large chairs, a cozy little house, picture frames, etc.). The food at the Posthörnle restaurant was very good.

Beautiful space in the middle of the black forest. Lovely quiet country road taking you there. It's located on a small farm so had horses, chickens, rabbits and cows which our toddler loved looking at. There are options to eat there in the evenings (amazing home cooked meals) and you can order basic breakfast supplies to pick up in the morning so you can make yourself a great breakfast. Monica is also so friendly and helpful!

Loved the modern, spacious apartment. Beds were comfy, sofa has so much room and the balcony wonderful views. Liked the bathroom and owner was helpful when experiencing one small problem opening the door, which was resolved quickly. The apartment is in a charming Black Forest village with a friendly bar/restaurant nearby and a train station. The location was extremely quiet.
