A very friendly lady at the reception desk explained everything to us clearly. She informed us that our room had been upgraded 😄. We were really grateful for that. We were accommodated in a comfortable room with a fluffy carpet all over the floor overlooking the yacht harbour. A mini bar was also included in price. A wonderfully decorated dining area made our breakfast time even more pleasant. There is a menu to choose the breakfast from. I need to add that it was really delicious, we were both satisfied with it. Cutting the long story short, it’s been our first time there but hopefully, not the last one. Thank you !😀

I booked this hotel before my cruise and I'm very happy that I chose it. The location is perfect close to the shopping street, the staff are very helpful and friendly. They also offer you a free drink if you skip the room cleaning for that day. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in kiel.

If you have the chance to upgrade to a suite, do so, the view over the Kieler fjord is amazing with its large ferries sailing daily to Sweden and Norway and the smaller ferries to places like Laboe with its fish restaurants. The suite is beautifully furnished. Personnel are very friendly. Breakfast room and restaurant all excellent. As seniors we found the special parking spaces for seniors especially welcoming!
