The cleanliness and overall quality of services—such as the freshness, variety, and quality of breakfast items, as well as the comfort of the beds and towels—are excellent for the price paid. Additionally, the customer service team is always helpful and does their best to resolve any issues or requests. The property is pretty and quite new. One of the owners was nice enough to welcome us from the parking lot. They don’t have a lot of rooms, but each room is big and newly renovated so it’s perfect for people who don’t like crowds. The room was quite comfortable although I do wonder how it would be in summer because I didn’t notice air conditioning - our room had sound proof windows but when the window was opened, it got pretty loud. We could hear everything happening on the road. If you’re visiting Schloss Wackerbarth - this is the hotel that brings you the closest to the winery so you actually get crazy drunk and not have to worry about crawling back to your room cause it’s pretty close.

A wonderful hotel in a residential suburb. Clean and cosy, staff were very friendly. Although not in the old city it was only 20 minutes by tram. Breakfast was varied and delicious. I really enjoyed my stay - more than met my needs. Highly recommended.

    It is just a really great and easily accessible location for our trip, yet a surprisingly quiet and rural hotel considering its proximity to a major motorway. The hotel and grounds are also lovely and with very easy access to the town square (a five minute walk). Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the adjoining restaurant we had our evening meal in was also superb. Can't wait to go back!

    Hotel just up from the town square. Recommend Haus Aydin for a meal and a drink. Hotel breakfast OK plenty of cold meats cheeses salads to choose from. Plenty of hotel parking. Very dog friendly.
