City is not for tourists. It's just real dominican city.
City is not for tourists. It's just real dominican city. Lots of motocyclists, loud, no traffic rules. Almost no shops. Half of the city is in ruins for some reason. Not big variety of hotels.
But it is close to wild beaches like playa Arriba and playa Esmeralda. That is the only reason you want to go there.
