From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel’s modern design, spotless cleanliness, and comfortable atmosphere immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. My room, No. 302, was beautifully decorated with a cozy, inviting feel — the kind of space where you can truly unwind after a day out. What made the stay truly memorable was the staff. Every single person I encountered — from the smiling breakfast team to the friendly evening bar staff, the helpful reception team, and the attentive housekeeping — went out of their way to make me feel at home. Small gestures like asking “How are you?” or “How was your day?” brought a personal touch that is rare to find. The food was another highlight. Each dish was fresh, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care and passion. It felt like dining at a place where the kitchen takes pride in every plate served. The location couldn’t be better: only a 2-minute walk to the sea and 5–10 minutes to the lovely old town. Perfect for anyone who loves exploring on foot. Even the airport is close enough — just 15–20 minutes by car — which made my arrival and departure stress-free. I left with a big smile and wonderful memories. Thank you for such a heartfelt and high-quality experience. I’ll definitely be back — until next time! Best regards from South Tyrol/Italy!

Great hotel! The room was big and beds were comfy. Everything was clean and soundproofing was great. Edward was a very friendly host and went out of his way to be helpful. Next to reception was a gourmet coffee place which had great coffee with a very cheerful lady serving. The hotel was situated near beautiful gardens and the lovely palace. Not too far from the port either.

It was my first citybox and WAOUH I was amazed for many reasons : -I was upgrated (thank you so much) -bed very confortable -the heat comes from the floor in the bathroom (so modern !!!) -how clean and equipped were the room, shampoo, soap provided -many cozy spaces in the building to chill -the customer service very reactive by message -how easy to let our lugguage in storage lugguage (highly appreciated) -10min by walk form the city, next to big supermarkets -how easy to check in and check out -very good quality/price -elevator very quick

our first time at Viimsi, everything was great, big playing room for kids, excellent spa and waterpark. Amout of people in spa depends on time, sometimes a lot of people, sometimes less. we didn't have time to visit spa 18+, all time spent in aquapark and saunas, nice small cold outdoor pool and outdoor sauna. kids 8 and 4 years enjoyed pools and slides. we will definitely come back.
