We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! A big Thank you to the whole sentido team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism. I sincerely thank her from the bottom of my heart and wish her all the best and continued success.     Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. I know my daughters found that intimidating when they were younger but today its fine.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort. We went on tours to Hula Hula Beach, did snorkeling and scuba diving, rented a yacht for a day, and also went quad biking in the desert at sunset. It was a lot of fun.
