All the staff were amazing the hotel is safe and clean we had a lovely a stay. As this is not the first time for me and it won’t be my last, every time I come to Cairo I come straight to them I highly recommend. Also special thanks to Aamir and Najla who made the stay more comfortable.

Staff was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel stay. Very helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to mate my time there excellent. Staff member at check in Hossain, hope I am spelling his name correctly deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to make my stay extra special. He deserves special mention also for his kindness and consideration and the hotel should be very pleased with his exceptional client care approach. I told him that it was my daughters birthday and he made extra special effort to make sure she celebrated her birthday. Also staff tending to baggage handling were very helpful and supportive. Also staff assisting me with luggage and travel when I left were very kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel. Their customer service and care is amazing.
