Our stay here was much better than we expected. A room a few steps away from the beach, with a beautiful view. Very complete buffet: breakfast, lunch and dinner. But I would say the best part was the staff, always nice and helpful, made us feel super comfortable and relaxed, they solved anything you could need with the best smile. It is also a few steps from a diving/snorkeling center. Would 100% recommend staying here and we would love to come back. Special shout out to the owner Ahmed who was the most welcoming, and to Mahmoud who was extremely nice.

Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

My stay was peaceful and relaxing, with a spacious and very clean room, excellent daily housekeeping, and truly outstanding support from the Guest Relations team - especially Noura, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant served fresh, delicious food in a beautiful setting, and the hotel's quiet location offered much-needed tranquility. However, there were a few downsides: the fitness area, despite having good equipment, was poorly maintained; the balcony was dusty and lacked lighting; the TV didn't work due to weak internet; and transportation was challenging, with hotel transfers and local taxis being significantly overpriced compared to Uber. The area also felt quite empty during this season, with limited activities nearby. Overall, a calm and comfortable stay with excellent service, but with some practical aspects that could be improved The room was very spacious, comfortable, and overall extremely clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and both the towels and bed linens were always fresh and impeccable. The only small downside was the balcony, which was quite dusty (likely due to the strong winds at this time of year) and had no outdoor light. The TV also barely works because there is no proper internet connection, and even screen-mirroring is not possible. Having access to Netflix or another streaming option would greatly improve the guest experience The hotel is located in a more secluded area, which provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere - exactly what I needed. However, it also means there are very few activities around, and the whole area feels quite empty during this season. A special mention goes to the restaurant Bambouni, recommended to me by Noura. It was an amazing surprise - beautiful Greek-inspired concept, excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. The prices are high for Egypt, but the quality was outstanding. The restaurant offers very fresh and tasty food, with a beautiful and Instagram-friendly setting.

Everything was excellent! The beach is beautiful, massive pools. Food was great, so many options, very tasty and good quality. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

A super apartment, very comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen made our stay perfect for a good sleep. A short walk to the jetty along the shore beside the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the late check out before our flight. Mahmoud was very helpful and always easy to communicate with, arranging a taxi and providing local information.
