The room was very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed to sleep. One of the guys I can't remember his name, but he was very nice and polite and very helpful . Most of all, he always smiles, and we also feel comfortable asking him questions. You get free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water all day. There's few restaurant on the opposite and bar further down. I highly recommend this place

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Seville and on this particular occasion the manager Antonio was extremely helpful in resolving a matter I had brought to his attention. His level of customer service and professionalism was absolutely outstanding and I can’t commend him enough. Thank-you Antonio and your Team at reception.. We were traveling by car, so it didn't bother us to book a property a bit further away from Sevilla. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. The host (Antonio) was very helpful. We had access to the private parking. The spot was reserved for us. We really enjoyed our quick staying.

    We ate in the restaurant and it was a lovely steak meal with wine. Well cooked and presented and at a reasonable price. The room was excellent, large, clean. One word of caution the hotel is split into 3 sections but uses the same numbers in each. We were trying to get into the right number but wrong section. Instructions need to be a little clearer. Would stay there again .

    I was on a long trip and was hoping to relax at the pool for...

    I was on a long trip and was hoping to relax at the pool for a couple of days but the pool wasn't open and the grounds were unkempt. Getting in and out of Seville was challenging as I ended up having to take taxis for at least half of my stay which made this venue way more expensive than I had planned. I didn't feel safe in the evenings walking from the bus stop and the staff were not as helpful as they could have been regarding transportation options. While I was staying in the apartments I wasn't aware of the restaurant options that were available in the hotel or the neighbourhood attached to this venue. There was a good supermarket however within 5 minutes walking. The local community was friendly and gave me a different view of Bormujos and how life is in the suburbs rather than the city of Seville.

    The apartment was super clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked well and a big comfortable double bed. Excellent communication with the owner, they replied within minutes of every question I asked. I asked to stay an extra night and it wasn't a problem. I will definitely be booking again when next visiting Sevilla. Supermarket Dia close by and buses direct into Sevilla. Excellent service!

    The hotel is pretty new and everything is clean and smelled good. The staff was super nice. Our room was also nice, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower was also spacious and with a good water pressure/temperature. Very quiet rooms and hotel, we managed to sleep and hear nothing from outside. Also has a nice working/chilling area with free water and coffee!
