Wonderful hotel. The best property in Ibiza in my eyes. Always happy to be back. The concierge team, including Tito, were exceptional. First of all, the hotel is in a quiet, safe location. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are great places to eat and drink. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and enough in size. Everything is well-thought-out for comfort, and Rituals brand products are used for personal care. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was attentive, smiling and kind. We'd also like to thank Ismael at the reception desk. He was so helpful, made very good suggestions and attentive to us in every way. He made us feel like we are in our home. We are thanking him additionally for his sincerity, welcoming smile and all.
